Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Future Creative website, workshops, and related content and services (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, registering for a workshop, or otherwise engaging with Future Creative, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

The Services are operated by TBD.company Inc., operating as Future Creative (“Future Creative,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a creative education practice offering workshops and resources on the practical, responsible use of artificial intelligence tools. You can reach us any time at futurecreativedotai@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register for a workshop or enter into these Terms. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. The Services

Future Creative provides educational workshops (delivered in person and/or online), written and visual content such as blog posts and reading lists, and related materials. We may add, change, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. Workshop curricula, schedules, locations, facilitators, and pricing are subject to change, and we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to registered participants.

4. Registration, payment & pricing

Workshop registration and payment may be handled through third-party platforms (for example, Luma). When you register through a third-party platform, that platform’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to your transaction. Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your registration is confirmed only once payment has been received and we (or our registration partner) have issued a confirmation.

5. Cancellations & refunds

If you need to cancel a registration, contact us at futurecreativedotai@gmail.com as early as possible. Unless a specific refund policy is stated for a given workshop at the time of registration:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the workshop date may be eligible for a credit toward a future workshop, at our discretion.
  • If Future Creative cancels a workshop outright, you will receive a full refund of fees paid for that workshop.

Where a workshop is offered through a third-party registration platform, that platform’s cancellation mechanics may also apply.

6. Intellectual property

All content provided through the Services — including workshop materials, slides, written content, images, branding, and the design of this website — is owned by or licensed to Future Creative and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use workshop materials for your own personal and professional learning. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share paid workshop materials, or present them as your own, without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to engage with the Services and with other participants respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to disrupt workshops, harass other participants or facilitators, infringe anyone’s rights, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a workshop or the Services for conduct that we reasonably consider harmful, disruptive, or in violation of these Terms.

8. AI tools & educational nature of the Services

Our workshops teach approaches to working with artificial intelligence tools. The Services are educational in nature. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, income, or level of skill from attending a workshop or using our materials.

AI tools can produce inaccurate, biased, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use anything you create with AI tools, and for complying with the terms of any third-party AI service you use. Future Creative is not responsible for content you generate using techniques taught in our workshops.

9. Third-party tools & links

The Services reference and link to third-party tools, platforms, and websites that we do not control. We provide these references for convenience and education only. We are not responsible for the availability, content, pricing, or practices of any third party, and your use of any third-party service is governed by that party’s own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Creative disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Creative and its facilitators and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Future Creative for the workshop or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information. Please review it to understand our practices.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
